Overview
Background and Objectives
In recent years, an increasing number of organisations have fallen victim to supply-chain vulnerabilities, highlighting the urgent need for sustainable supply chains to mitigate risks as the world transitions toward carbon resilience. This programme explores the importance of sustainable supply chains in managing risks and achieving decarbonisation, while encouraging the adoption of a circular economy mindset to improve resource efficiency. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with practical knowledge in supply chain management, monitoring, and evaluation within a sustainability framework to reduce environmental pressure and enhance organisational resilience.

Learning Outcomes
- Mastering Sustainable Supply Chains:
You will understand the importance of sustainable supply chains in risk management and decarbonisation, and identify how supply chain management can help address environmental and social challenges. - Applying Circular Economy Principles:
You will explore the principles and strategies of the circular economy to enhance resource efficiency, and analyse case studies and best practices from real-world circular economy initiatives. - Navigating the Transition:
You will recognise the opportunities and challenges involved in shifting to a circular economy model, and examine innovative technologies and collaborative approaches that support sustainable practices.

这类课程的核心录取准则通常是您的专业工作经验，而非您的学术背景，因为课程学习高度依赖高管层级的同侪讨论以及对真实商业挑战的经验分享。
公开课程的时间表和授课模式极具弹性，以配合高级管理人员繁忙的工作生活。由于这些是独立的短期课程，因此并没有单一固定的时间表。
大多数课程都是短期的1天或2天单元制课程，并于校园内以面授形式进行。

公开课程的费用因应课程的深度、修读期及特定专题而有很大差异。

公开课程的申请流程非常精简，且全于网上完成。申请人首先浏览其心仪的课程页面，填写一份电子登记表，并详细列明其专业背景和现职职衔。在提交申请时，申请人需安排付款并注明任何适用的优惠（例如早鸟、校友或“同行学习”折扣）；随后，招生委员会将进行简短的履历审查，以确保班级具备优秀的高管同侪组合。由于课程采取滚动式录取，学位将在确认付款后正式锁定，因此建议申请人在课程开课前几周（即报名截止前）尽早提交申请。
