Overview
Background and Objectives
This Mini-MBA in Innovation Leadership is an intensive, two-month, multi-modular, non-credit bearing programme specially designed to help you transform your career and revolutionise how you work. You will quickly develop MBA critical thinking, tactical behaviour and innovate dynamic strategies which really work in practise. This is the knowledge that will immediately benefit your personal and professional development, as well as improve your performance in the workplace.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain valuable skills: This course will increase your confidence and managerial abilities, particularly in terms of strategic change management, leadership, digital innovation, creativity, customer relationship, financial management and team development.
- Turn theory into practise: You will learn how to apply theories and best practises in your current role through simulations, role playing, case studies and discussions.

Managers with technical, scientific or specialist background or entrepreneurs of leading companies and organisations who need to refresh and develop their business knowledge to support their future career.

Graduation Requirement
All modules are compulsory. To pass the modules, participants have to achieve at least 80% class attendance for each module.
Content
This programme consists of five compulsory modules. Participants may enrol in all five modules at once, or register for any individual module separately based on their personal interests and schedule.

公开课程的时间表和授课模式极具弹性,以配合高级管理人员繁忙的工作生活。由于这些是独立的短期课程,因此并没有单一固定的时间表。
大多数课程都是短期的1天或2天单元制课程,并于校园内以面授形式进行。

公开课程的申请流程非常精简,且全于网上完成。申请人首先浏览其心仪的课程页面,填写一份电子登记表,并详细列明其专业背景和现职职衔。在提交申请时,申请人需安排付款并注明任何适用的优惠(例如早鸟、校友或“同行学习”折扣);随后,招生委员会将进行简短的履历审查,以确保班级具备优秀的高管同侪组合。由于课程采取滚动式录取,学位将在确认付款后正式锁定,因此建议申请人在课程开课前几周(即报名截止前)尽早提交申请。
